Parking is unenforced, and everyone knows it. Visitors routinely park in resident parking, so I opted to pay $50 per month to rent a space outside my building. Residents and visitors often park in the space I pay to rent. This behavior is particularly bad during inclement weather. If I complain via email or voicemail to apartment management, that complaint gets ignored. If I manage to get ahold of someone when I call, I get an empty apology. From time to time, they send out an email and to warn people they will be towed, but everyone knows this is a bluff. There’s no motivation for people respect what others have paid for, so they don’t.

Don't rent here unless you enjoy long walks through unplowed snow.
